My company have a website that focus on chines people. We have build it from a chines firm. Now I want to seo this website but I wonder how.

I don’t know chines language and don’t have any idea how to do seo without understanding their language.

I’m thinking to outsource this project to some chines firm but what is your opinion on that.

doing seo in different language is always difficult task

well if you want to do seo by your self it is for sure that you can not even touch the content

then open site in google translator and you will have an idea of which things to change etc.

rest of thing is link binding ( which anyway can be done )

but you should consider in mind that google is not top search engine in china. it is Baidu search engine that have more visitors.

so either you do or you outsource must consider Baidu search engine
