hi all

Could anybody helps me to find any good opensource help desk software package?

Asp.net c# with MS SQL is preferred because my current system is .net based

try BugTracker.NET

it is asp.net based c# and database is MS sql

it Includes a screen capture utility that allows you to capture a screenshot, annotate it, and post it, with just a few clicks.

I’m using Liberum Help Desk. It is asp and vb script based reliable solution. Its backend is MS SQL server.

Also supports ms access and handles Automatic case routing, email updates, and reporting.
