The more content you have, the more indexing you get from search engines. How long has the blog been up? It can take quite a while for some of these. The toolbar will help you with SEO as well as the free directory.

Having a lot of solid content is obviously the first step. Tell your friends about the blog, visit forums and have your link in your sig, comment on other people's blogs. There are a lot of good ways to get natural traffic which require time.

I've never heard of Click Ad Equalizer. What's it do? It seems like it's not really an organic form of traffic enhancement but I don't feel like I should pass judgement without knowing the facts.
