Probably not in a week. On your end add relevant content, Exchange links with relevant sites. Google does page ranking every 3 months. Please e-mail me for further help.

To increase your ranking you need to utilize keyword searchs. There are software programs out there that can help you with this and one such program is Click Ad Equalizer.

One week is a bit much to ask in terms of increasing your traffic to any real change. Within a month of hard work you should be able to start getting results with lots of SEO rich content but the more time you put in the better your results will be.

depends which search engine you are targeting.
well google is bit hungry it crawl more frequently a can able to generate instant ranking but it depends upon various factors like domain age, social bookmarking, and how popular your website is, keyword competition etc etc
