well it really depends upon when google update its data center for PR.

it is nothing to do with your site age but it depends upon how often google update its data centers

From what I know it has to be three months old to get a pr from them. This concerns blogs. I heard that it has to be more than three months if that is a website. They aren’t crawled every day like blogs.

Would you like to work at home?

I've heard it takes about that long as well. This is why you often can be surprised when your PR jumps from 0 to 2 when you've been doing the same thing all along and Google just indexes it again.
