Hi all,
Can anybody give suggestions on doing QA audit like the steps to be
more given importance and what an internal auditors should llok into?

Please follow your Company's Quality Management System. In that QMS there would Audit Checklist and you should follow that.

I belong to a company which has it's own IT division. But they have no QMS.
As we ,the IT group, have taken initiative to define the Process Flow for our division, i need suggestion from the specialised or the people whom are working in the same area.
